Wonderstruck Science Day at High Bickington

Class 4 visited High Bickington School to take part in a Science in Action Day led by Wonderstruck Science. In the morning, we watched a hair-raising demonstration of science experiments. Then the children had a fantastic time designing and building their own air-powered rockets and launching them across the football field. In the afternoon, children built and modified battery-powered cars in order to create the fastest vehicle in a drag race. All the children showed excellent team-working skills, and staff at High Bickington commented on their excellent manners. Well done, Class 4!
